Fine Himalayan Salt Granules (<1mm) supplied in Food Grade tub (250g,500g) or bag (1kg), they are ideal for placing in a salt cellar however as there are no anti-caking agents added, they will absorb moisture from the air and may clog up with time. (Some people put rice in with the salt cellar to help absorb some of the moisture).
Doctors and alternative therapists agree that Himalayan salt is the
cleanest salt available on the planet. Himalayan crystal salt is
pristine and natural. It consists of the most perfect geometric
structure possible in rock crystals, the result of millions of years of
compression under the Earth’s surface. Its has precise mesh with our
body's inner workings because Himalayan crystal salt contains an almost
identical set of elements to those found inside the human body: that is,
84 of 92 trace minerals, in the same proportion as naturally exists in
our blood. It is believed that Himalayan Salt does not burden the body
like regular salt does as it is bio-available and can be effectively
utilised and processed by the body.
Himalayan crystal salt can be consumed as mineral water by dissolving in spring or energised water, dissolved in a hot bath for a healthy soak, or blended with essential oils for a rich body scrub, and you can use it on your food and cooking in place of regular salt.
We can personally recommend this product as we use it ourselves!
GNM Note:
Mineral-rich Himalayan Salt is extremely helpful in a biological program as it provides the body with all the essential minerals, preventing malnutrition and deficiency. Additionally, as Himilayan salt is an inherent product of the earth, it is ideal for using in a salt bath to reduce the Syndrome and Kidney Collecting Tubules program.
