Orgone Energy, also known as orgonite, is a powerful energy force discovered by Wilheim Reich that claims transmutational properties (it turns negative into positive energy). 

Typically, devices are formed by combining organic materials such as crystals and sometimes herbs or plantstuffs, with non-organic materials such as metal shavings (often aluminium), copper wire which can be coiled or shaped into sacred symbols and shapes, encasing them all within a resin structure which puts enormous pressure on the vibrational energy of the materials. The opposing forces of the organic and non-organic elements under this pressure are what creates this powerful orgone energy. The intention of these devices is then to draw in negative energy in the vicinity of the device or an area targeted by the device, and transmute it into positive energy before sending it back out.
