Non-Iodised Pure Fine Sea Salt for culinary use, also ideal for using with your Neti Pot.
This sea salt has absolutely no anti-caking or free-flowing additives, unlike most of the more common fine sea salt sold today.
Sea Salt has been trusted and used in Jala Neti practice for centuries, and is the more traditional choice. It is not quite as pure as our Neti Salt as it contains naturally occuring sea minerals.
Use approx 1/4 teasp per 250ml
