Amount Per Serving - 315mcg Iodine (in its atomic form) (Approx. 210% DV)

Other Ingredients:

Nascent Iodine in a base of Non-gm plant derived ethyl alcohol

Recommended: Take in water on an empty stomach 30 minutes before or 1 hour after meals, medications and/or supplements. If taken internally doses should be spaced out through the day.

NOTE FROM DANIELLE, NUTRITIONAL THERAPIST & KINESIOLOGIST: Nascent Iodine can also be applied externally by painting onto the skin. This has been discovered in my clinic as the most effective and easy way to supplement. Transdermal (through the skin) supplementation allows the body to absorb what it needs when it needs it rather than forcing the processing of it through oral dosing. It also allows elemental supplements such as iodine to bypass the digestive process, getting straight into the tissues. If applying externally, the full daily dose can be applied in the morning. If the stain still remains the following day, skip that day as the body hasn't used it all up yet! 

Warning: Taking Nascent Iodine in the afternoon could raise your energy levels and keep you awake at night. It is recommended to take your serving before breakfast, before lunch, and then again before 4 PM. It is not recommended to take your serving after 4 PM
